Scheduled Support (Monday - Friday):
  • Applies to all Scheduled tasks
  • 8 hour minimum
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after a 8-hr minimum for each request
  • Depending on the workload should be planned 2-8 weeks in advance
$50 / hour
Unscheduled On-Demand Support:
  • Applies to all support ticket requests with status "urgent" and all Skype requests
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after a 1-hr minimum for each request
  • Average response time 24-48 hours
$100 / hour
Weekend / Holiday:
  • Applies to all urgent support requests on weekends and national holidays
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after a 1-hr minimum for each request
  • Average response time 2-8 hours
$150 / hour
